Shipping Time: You can expect your airsoft gun to arrive within 5 business days from the time you place your order.
Shipping Methods: Your airsoft gun will be shipped using UPS and USPS Ground Service where possible.
 
Damaged Shipments: If your airsoft gun was damaged from handling it must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects: If your airsoft gun appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Returns department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. We will do what we can by working with high quality range finder manufacturers to ensure the process is smooth, and most likely unnecessary.

Return Merchandise Policy: Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to returns@OvertAirsoft.com at which time return instructions will be sent to you. Refunds will be accepted for manufacture defects and mis shipments only.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error: You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.
Your Account: If you use OvertAirsoft.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. OvertAirsoft.com does sell products for adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use OvertAirsoft.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Orange tips required by law. Do not remove the orange tip found on your airsoft gun. As a rule, please check your local laws to ensure that you are buying and acting in a lawful manner.
Age Restriction: To purchase any airsoft gun from OvertAirsoft.com, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian purchase the product for you. If you are under the age of 18, and a parent or guardian purchases an airsoft gun for you, we recommend that this adult be present at all times when the airsoft gun is used.
Removal of Orange Tips: OvertAirsoft.com strongly recommends that you never, under any circumstances remove the federally mandated orange tip from your airsoft gun. As airsoft players, we appreciate the realism that our airsoft guns present, and favor those airsoft guns that are the most realistic. However, in most current applications, the orange tip may be the only way to tell the difference between an airsoft gun and a real firearm. Please do not remove the orange tip under any circumstances.
Display of an Airsoft Gun in Public: Airsoft guns, although not federally classified as firearms, should be treated with the same care and respect. Under no circumstances should you carry, present, or show any airsoft gun in public, or outside of the playing field. Doing so is not only illegal, but very dangerous, and can result in a deadly misunderstanding. In conclusion, do not remove the orange tip, and be very careful when using your airsoft gun outdoors. Following these steps will assure that you have a safe and fun experience with our products.
